On April 21, H.E. Amb. Cong Song met with the Ghana-China Friendship Association (GHACHIFA). Both sides recalled the time-honored bilateral friendship and agreed to jointly strengthen people-to-people ties and make a fruitful China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges.
