To reduce the risk of COVID-19 and ensure the safety and convenience of all Olympics and Paralympics athletes and participants during the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games,Olympics and Paralympics athletes and participants are suggested to apply for theHealth Declaration Certificate(HDC) before departing for China. The simplified procedure is as follows:

I.Taking a COVID-19 (PCR) test 

All Olympics and Paralympics athletes and participants need to take a COVID-19 (PCR) test within 72 hours of departure of the flight to China. If your departure country is Ghana, the test can be done in a designated institution in the form below. 

II.registering process for foreign passengers

After receiving a test report with negative result,you couldvisitthe website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ or use Wechat APP to scan the attached QR code to reach the web page for logging. After registering an account with your email, you can fill in your information and upload your documents.

III.Uploading documents required 

Applicants should upload the required documentsto apply for the HDC:

1. A COVID-19 (PCR) test report issued by the designated testing institution in 72 hours

2. Photocopy of passport biodata page

3. Olympics and ParalympicsID card (PVC/OIAC/PIAC) or visa

4. Complete airline itinerary

5. The COVID-19 vaccination certificates
